Flap Kat offers a 30-day return period, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@flapkat.shop. Our team will provide return instructions and an authorization. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels

  • Defective Items: We will send you a prepaid return label to return defective products.
  • Non-Defective Items: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or customer remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Period

Condition for Returns

Restocking Fee
